Living Room Layout

proof read: Each square in this graphed layout represents 1 square foot. This is a very popular layout that will work in most living room spaces that are 24' w X 18' D. This layout has the fireplace as the focal point in the room. As you can see, with two full-size sofas facing each other and two accent chairs facing the fireplace, there is plenty of seating. The television mounted inside the bookshelf can be seen from most of the seating angles. The room is anchored with a 12" X 19" rug with a 5"x 6" faux sheepskin rug layered on top of the rug underneath a 3'x3' coffee table constructed of unfinished wood. Next to each chair is a round end table for convenience. We suggest placing a lamp on each end table.
