Furniture

Furniture purchases are not eligible for preference-based returns. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email customersupport@orangepoppydecor.com within 30 days of delivery, and our Customer Support Team will help you process a return. Please include pictures of the damage or defect, the order number, and the product name.

The majority of returns will be processed in approximately 1-2 weeks. Time setbacks may occur because of transit times or other unpredictable factors. Once we process your return, the amount originally paid for the order will be issued back to the original payment method and will be present on your bank statement in 5-10 days.

Design Boards

Design boards are eligible for returns only if the coupon code issued has not been used and a design consultant has not started designing the purchased design board.

Home Decor

Most of our home decor accessories are eligible for free returns if you are dissatisfied with your purchase.
